Our Response to a DMCA Notice
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will take the following actions:

- Notify the user who posted the material (if identifiable) that it has been removed or disabled.
- Document the notice and our response for legal purposes.
Please note that we may terminate the accounts of repeat infringers in accordance with our policies.
Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification
If you believe that material you posted on our website was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our Designated Copyright Agent. To be effective, your counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.

Our Response to a Counter-Notification
Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will:
- Provide a copy of the counter-notification to the original complainant.
- Inform the complainant that we will replace the removed material or cease disabling access to it within 10 business days unless we receive notice that the complainant has filed a court action to restrain the alleged infringement.
- Replace the material or cease disabling access to it within 10 to 14 business days if no court action is filed.
Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA, FC Mobile Redeem Code has a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers. We reserve the right to terminate access to our website for any user who repeatedly infringes on the copyrights of others.
